AgriGold focus is on identifying and
developing lands into residential plots and for commercial purposes, while
actively undertaking the construction works of the group projects on EPC and on
contracts. The group owns lands of different areas in about 50 prime locations
in INDIA. The strategic steps taken by the division to focus on the One and Two
towns has enabled non-stop construction and housing projects even during the
current recession time and today the division is inaugurating a new project
every month.
The trend of urbanization and the low cost
housing technologies being implemented by the division have enabled the
division to build trust in the middle and lower income groups mainly from the B
and C class towns resulting in about 38 real estate and township development
projects at different locations at the same time.
